Good morning. Please be advised that pursuant to regulation, N.J.A.C. 13:1E-2, submission of OPRA requests by e-mail is not permitted. I am therefore unable to accept your email below as a valid request for access to government records. Should you wish to file a records request with any of the divisions within the Department of Law and Public Safety, you may do so via the online form at: https://www-njlib.state.nj.us/NJ_OPRA/de... or via hard copy correspondence.

Additionally, please note that to the extent that the Attorney General has issued formal Directives or Guidelines, these documents would be available online on the Attorney General's website: https://www.njoag.gov/resources/ Furthermore, information related to Marijuana Decriminalization & Cannabis Legalization can also be found online on the Attorney General's website at: https://www.njoag.gov/marijuana/.

To the extent that you seek additional records related specifically to law enforcement oversight or prosecutorial oversight that are not listed on the above links, you may wish to submit your requests to the Division of Criminal Justice, a separate division of the Department of Law and Public Safety. You may file a records request with the Division of Criminal Justice through the online form: https://www-njlib.state.nj.us/NJ_OPRA/de.... Select, “Law and Public Safety” from the first drop-down menu. Next, select “Division of Criminal Justice.” Alternatively, you may also file a request through hard copy correspondence to the following mailing address: Division of Criminal Justice, PO Box 085, 25 South Market Street, 5th Flr., Trenton 08625.

While you are not required to use this form, I've attached a copy of the Department's records request form for your convenience. The mailing address for each of the Department's various Divisions can also be found on page 2 of the form.
