Dear Mansfield Township (Warren),
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records Requested:
(1) For the period from January 1, 2020 to the present, all public records of notices and dates when the Township Offices were closed to the public.
(2) For the period from January 1, 2020 to the present, all public records of messages, letters, Tweets, or other postings that were posted to social media (e.g., FaceBook, Twitter, etc.).
(3) For the period from February 1, 2022 to the present, all public records relating to the Township's website: https://mansfieldtownship-nj.gov/. Please include hosting and maintenance agreements and detailed billing statements.
(4) For the period February 1, 2022 to the present: Invoices, records of payment, and legal bills including detail billing from the firm FLORIO, PERRUCCI, STEINHARDT, CAPPELLI, TIPTON, & TAYLOR, LLC.

Good afternoon Mr. Sosis:
In response to your OPRA request:
1) If the building was closed, a sign was placed on the front doors.
2) I've attached two (2) pdfs with snapshots of the Twitter and Facebook
accounts.
3) I've attached the requested information
4) I will need an extension on this request. Those records are not held
in my office. I have already requested them, and once I receive them I
will have to check for redactions. I will have the response to this no
later than April 27, 2022.
