I am submitting an Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request for the following document:

The official signed and approved copy of the resolution for the Housing Element and Fair Share Plan, including the date, resolution number, and final vote.
Upon review of publicly available meeting records, I have been unable to locate any record of the resolution or its introduction in any Township meetings up to today, February 10, 2025. This is of particular importance because the resolution was required to be passed by January 31, 2025, in order for the Township to receive immunity from lawsuits filed by builders and advocates.

Please provide the requested documents as soon as possible.

Upon review, I noticed a discrepancy between the stated date of February 10th, 2025 and the official deadline for the resolution, which was set for January 31st, 2025. According to state documents and procedural guidelines, the resolution was to be voted upon, adopted, and memorialized by January 31st, 2025.

Given the two-week difference, this raises concerns about the legitimacy of the timeline in relation to state regulations. As per the guidelines, a resolution should not exceed the outlined deadlines for adoption and memorialization. Therefore, the resolution noted on February 10th does not align with the mandated procedures, and the two-week delay should not be considered legitimate under these regulations. Can you please confirm?
