Dear AnnaRose Fedish,

Thank you Ms. Fedish for your quick response to my request for all the building plans at 51 McCloud . in your reply it stated you could not release the Architectual plans. Could you please clarify why? I am under the impression those plans are part of the Public Records which fall under the Transparency act.

I purchased the site plan from the Engineering firm that prepared them. However, I do appreciate you forwarding it to me.

Good morning:  That answer of not releasing the architecturals came from
the DCA Construction Official.  Because you are not the owner, they
cannot be released.

I will show your message to him & have him call you to discuss this
further.  The CO's name is Leigh Witty; & his office hours are Mon.,
1pm-3pm.   If he comes in before then, I know he'll call you.

Dear AnnaRose Fedish,

Thank you again Ms. Fedish for all your efforts. My wife an I are considering purchasing a lot in this devlopment. 52 McCloud and 25 Violet are the ones we are considering. Since 52 McCloud already has a foundation we were interested to evaluate completing that project. Therefore, the plans would be extremely helpful in making our decision.
