Dear Maplewood Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I would like to see what if any approvals have been granted for development of the lot at 11-15 Curtis place. Also there is a stream on this lot and I want to know who's responsibility the drainage for this lot is: the EPA, The township or the homeowner. Thanks in advance
