Hello, I am an appraiser working on an appraisal of 427 75th Street, a 7 unit apartment building in North Bergen. I am hopeful that you will be able to send over the legal rents for the apartments, as the rent roll provided to me for the appraisal seems to include rents at levels that do not seem to reflect typical rent controlled rents. In order to properly complete the appraisal, it will be imperative to see what the recorded allowable legal rents are for the building. If you can please email me this document, that would be greatly appreciated!

The provided rent roll does not include Apartment #2. Is there a reason that it was not included? Can you provide any information regarding the legal rent for Apartment #2?
