BACKGROUND:

I'm trying to find out which office or position, if any, that Joseph Ricigliano holds in the Township. I see that he was appointed as a Public Defender with a term expiring on June 9, 2022 (see, Resolution R.298-062021) and the "Municipal Court Organization Chart" on the Township's website shows him still serving in that position. Yet, the Township's "Official's Page," which appears to have been updated on April 28, 2023, shows Ricigliano as being the Municipal Prosecutor with a term that expired on December 31, 2019. RECORDS REQUESTED:
