This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Any and all applications received by the Borough and the Borough's Police Department for Towing Services and Wreckers which were submitted and received pursuant Borough Ordinance section 3-12 et. seq. beginning January 1, 2014, to the present, along with: (a) any and all responses issued to each and every applicant, (b) any and all e-mail communication by and between the Borough and its police department concerning each and every application, (c) any and all e-mail communication by and between members of the Borough Police Department and the Borough Police Chief concerning each and every application, (d) and any all e-mail correspondence by and between the Borough and each participant /licensees in the program as set forth in the aforesaid Ordinance, (e) and any all e-mail correspondence by and between the Borough Police Chief and each participant /licensees in the program as set forth in the aforesaid Ordinance, (f) a copy of your Towing Operator's List beginning January 1, 2014 to the present, and (g) a copy of each and every one of the Borough's Towing Agreements with each of its participants/licensees beginning January 1, 2014 to the present.
