I am the Municipal Clerk and Records Coordinator for Greenwich Township, Gloucester County. Unfortunately, I did not receive your initial request for records. I've checked our OPRA log and my e-mails twice to make sure I wasn't missing it. This is the first time I'm receiving any requests from you. I am unfamiliar with OPRAmachine. The request dated April 4th has an unknown delivery status. I'm not sure where your initial request was sent, but it was not to me. I understand you are requesting any application or building permits for the Warehouse Distribution Center 285 Swedesboro Ave Block 169, Lots 3, 11, 21, 22 and 28; and Block 171, Lots 1, 1.01, 2. Good Afternoon Ms. Koch,
In response to your OPRA request received on 5/24/2023 regarding any application or building permits for the Warehouse Distribution Center 285 Swedesboro Ave Block 169, Lots 3, 11, 21, 22 and 28; and Block 171, Lots 1, 1.01, 2 - Please see the following:
I've attached an NJDEP Letter of Interpretation (LOI) Application along with the land survey regarding 285 Swedesboro Ave (Block 171, Lots 1, 1.01, 2, and 3, and Block 169, Lot 28).
Our construction department has record of a closed permit for Block 171, Lot 1 for Demo (House/Garage) closed on 4/28/14.
Our construction department has record of a closed permit for Block 171, Lot 2 for Demo (House/Shop/Barn) closed on 7/29/04.
I've attached Planning/Zoning Board Minutes from January 13, 2020 where an application from Johnson Development Assoc for Variance and Bulk Variance was denied. The application materials and resolution are available on CD. The file is too large to e-mail as an attachment. If you would like a copy of the CD, I will need your contact information to have this forwarded to you, or it will be available for pick up at our municipal building.
