Am looking for the applications for the following:
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWNSHIP OF DELRAN PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: That 2nd Street Properties, LLC (the “Applicant”) has filed an Application for Land Development with the Planning Board of the Township of Delran (the “Board”) for Conditional Use and Minor Site Plan Approvals for property known as Block 128, Lot 16, located at 9006 Route 130 North, in the C-2 General Commercial Zoning District of the Township of Delran (the “Property”). The Property is improved with a one-story frame building, parking area and related site improvements. The Applicant is proposing to develop the Property for use as a cannabis retailer, in accordance with Section 355-43.B(10) of the Delran Zoning Ordinance. The Applicant is proposing to utilize the existing building for the cannabis retail use with site improvements that include additional parking spaces, closing off the existing Route 130 driveway access, construction of a new driveway access off Route 130, a trash enclosure, new walkways, parking bumpers, signage, lighting and landscaping
