PUBLIC NOTICE TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Pennsauken Planning Board will conduct a public hearing on May 2, 2023, at 6:30 PM in the Pennsauken Municipal Building, 5605 N. Crescent Blvd, Pennsauken, New Jersey 08110, to consider an application by 6950 River Road CanRE, LLC (the "Applicant") for Minor Site Plan and Minor Subdivision Approval pursuant to the Pennsauken Township Code to construct a 4000 s.f. retail cannabis store with drive-through facilities, parking, stormwater management, lighting and landscaping, as well as to retain the existing structure and business located at the Property which is identified as 6950 River Road, Block 1102, Lot 1, within the LI (Light Industrial) Zone. As proposed, the application requires the following Variances: Lot 1 Cannabis Retailer Use

Be advised, there is a site plan that is also part of the application, however, the Township is unable to scan large plans in house and will have to go to Sir Speedy to have it scanned. Because of this there will be a charge. Please advise if you are interested in the site plan and we will get a quote from Sir Speedy for you to approve. Once approved, you will be required to send a check for the amount before we can provide the records.
