Appeal of Giordano Commissioner Final Decision

For this case, please provide a copy of a motion for stay / request for a stay of execution of the Commissioner's final decision received by either the Office of the Commissioner or the Bureau of Controversies and Disputes within the Department of Education on behalf of the respondent, Shawn Giordano and any response sent by the Department to his counsel.
I understand that a notice of appeal has been filed with the Superior Court, Appellate Division for this case, however I am specifically seeking copies of documents indicating whether a request for stay was made and the disposition of same in view of the appeal.

stay” for the above referenced request. The Department of Education does
not make or maintain records responsive to your request for a “response
from the Department and disposition.” Accordingly, this part of your
request is denied. A receipt indicating same, and that your request has
