Dear Jackson Township,

and the common law right of access.  I am not required to fill out an
official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request
per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including

Are related to Crash occuring on 8-20-2025

On CR 547& S.Hope Chapel rd.

CAD report from 8-20-2025.

Complete Accident (Crash) report.

Statements from Any&All those at scene of Crash.

Any/all subsequent statements either given to or sought out by law
enforcement.

Any/all video wether it be by surrounding businesses or private citizens
that was either given to,viewed or requested the day of the MVA or anytime
after that up to and including this day of the request.

Amount of Accident (Crash) scene investigations officer 294 Matthew Buono
has taken part in for the past year. 08-01-2024-08-21-2025.

Of those PO 294 has been party to how many resulted in driver having a
suspended license? Of those how many did PO 294 find that driver to be
100% at fault?

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail
as attachments.  Please confirm you have received this request.  If you
are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person
and provide their email address to me for future reference.
