Dear Gloucester Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: I am requesting any summons or subpoenas sent to the owners of Blackwood Falls Apts,227 Washington Ave Blackwood NJ 08012?The apts are listed for the Mgt company as being under Penn Properties,PO BOX 360,Millstone NJ 08535.It could also be under Venice Realty!
I was told code enforcement was sending them a summons due to our heat being turned off early!
The timeframe is from Jan 2022 to May 1,2022
Im basically looking for any correspondence from code enforcement to ownership
regarding the cutting off of heat to our complex prior to the May 1 date required by law!
