The Township of Franklin received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on March 24, 2020.  The official Records Custodian, Ann Marie
McCarthy, received your OPRA request on March 24, 2020.  As such, the
seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is April 2,
2020 with an extension until April 14, 2020 due to State of Emergency of
COVID-19.  This response to your request is being provided on the business
day of April 20, 2020.

Your request for open permits is denied.  There are no records on file
responsive to this request.
