This office received a request for information from you on June 16, 2025
to which we assigned the above referenced number used to log requests for
information under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA).
Attached please find the responsive records. Redactions have been made
according to N.J.S.A 47:1A-1.1 and Daniel’s Law.
Response from the Health Department: Attached are the responsive
records. There is an On-Site Sewage Disposal System Alteration Plan that
is too large to scan. Please contact the Health Department at 973-728-2720
to make an appointment to come in to view the file or to make arrangements
to pay for the plan if you would like to have it printed.
There are no responsive records from the Zoning Department, Planning Board
and Zoning Board of Adjustment.
