I am under contract to purchase 104 Eliazbeth Ave (Block 809 Lot 1)
Would you be so kind to supply me with the following:

Records requested:
1. Any Open Permits.
2. Any permits going back 20 years.
There appears to be a new Hot Water Heater. Was a permit obtained for this installation?
