We received your OPRA on June 23. The 7 business days to respond would be
July 2 but we respond today, the 1st day.
Regarding the permit history for an address, The Township makes permit
histories available on line through our website. In accordance with
Rodriguez v. Kean University, GRC Complaint 2013-69 (March 2014), we are
providing you the link to our website to use the portal
[1]www.sdlportal.com. If you find you are unable to access the records
you requested, please contact our office. If printing of same is needed,
use "landscape" format and reduce to 80%. Any address in Vernon with a
permit history will appear on this portal. The Vernon website is
[2]www.vernontwp.com and the building portal is on the opening page at the
lower right.
