Dear North Hanover Township School District,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

Records requested:
any and all public records as defined by the statute, including but not limited to: formal complaints, petitions, dockets, summonses, notice of claims, investigative inquiries, electronic transmissions, and letters of representation, regarding any active, closed, or pending legal, administrative, or regulatory action involving the North Hanover Township School District, Board of Education, its administration, or individual agents, spanning the specific time period of December 1, 2025, through the date of this request.

For the avoidance of doubt, and to prevent any narrow or bad-faith interpretations of this request, 'legal, administrative, or regulatory action' explicitly includes, but is not limited to:

1. Any and all filings, charges, or dockets before the New Jersey Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), wherein the District is named as a Respondent, Charging Party, or interested party.

2. Any and all complaints, dockets, or investigatory notices before the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights (DCR), the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE), or the Office of Administrative Law (OAL), wherein the District is a named party or Respondent.

3. Any and all civil complaints, tort claims, or formal dockets in any municipal, state, or federal judicial court, regardless of whether the District is designated as a Defendant, Respondent, Third-Party, or Counter-Claimant.
