Danitom/Nova agreed to purchase numerous parcels of land in Pemberton Twp. in 2006 for a proposed housing development. It is our understanding that they had applied for financing with NJHMFA for that project. We are interested in obtaining any documents pertaining to this project. Danitom has sill not completed the purchase, so the NJHMFA file may still be open.

Dear David Zipin,
Danitom and/or Nova sought (or may still be seeking) financing for the purchase of numerous parcels of land in Pemberton Township to build a housing development. Danitom and the Township entered into a contract in 2006, although the sale has not yet been completed. We are seeking any documents pertaining to the Pemberton Township property.
