Dear Tuckerton Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. I am making this request as I am under contract to buy the property located at 480 S Green Street Tuckerton NJ as of December 27, 2021. I have also contacted the Building Department and spoke with the manager of the Department. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Any building documents filed with respect to the property located 480 s Green Street, Tuckerton NJ 08087. These would include if available any engineering, environmental or variance reports and building plans, survey, plot plans.
