     What documents do you want to view in person?  Land records recorded
by the County Clerk's Office (Deeds, Mortgages, Discharge of Mortgages,
etc.) are available online at [1]www.oceancountyclerk.com.  You just click
the link for Property Search listed at the bottom left side of the page in
Important Information.  

    If you want to come in person to view Land records that were recorded
in books, you have to make an appointment which you can do from our
website.  Click the E-record/Recording icon at the top of the home page
then click the "Title Searcher access to Courthouse" button to schedule an
appointment.
