Good afternoon Tobias,

The Township of Southampton received your OPRA request seeking “any correspondence” concerning EMS services. Please note that such a request is void for vagueness. Requestors seeking correspondence must specifically include the name or title of the sender and/or recipient, the date range and the subject of the request. At best, your communication only included the subject. Please further note, that the Township is negotiating a shared services agreement with other communities and therefore any records related to the formulation of the shared services agreement remain either advisory, consultative or deliberative and or draft records, neither of which are subject to release under OPRA.
