Please see the below response from our Finance Department regarding your attached OPRA request:

"The only vendor I see in Edmunds is vendor number BIANC010, BIANCA M. SANGIOVANI. Last payment made was 4/16/2014 so she would not have anything further than a 2014 1099-Misc. form. The 1099 forms have a retention life of 7 year and attached I have included an email from Bryan Dickerson with the destruction approval of the 2014 1099 Forms.

I have also confirmed with Michael Kosinski that she does not show in Edmunds as neither an active nor terminated employee. Unless she was affiliated with another law firm that we had paid by purchase order, I would not have any documents to provide for this OPRA request."
