Dear Pennsville Township,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Requesting any and all accident reports for Joseph Marrero who was hit by a car on December 23,2020. The accident occurred while he was crossing Route 49 (in a wheelchair scooter) near the Kent Avenue Apartments. Mr. Marrero is in the hospital and not responsive. He is my uncle and the family is attempting to find out what happened in this accident. Please email the documents to [email address].
