Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., and the common law right of access, I request copies of the following government records relating to 104 West 18th Street, Linden, New Jersey 07036 (Block 557, Lot 9):

-Any open construction permits.
-Any outstanding or unresolved code, zoning, housing, health, property maintenance, or construction violations.
-Any notices of violation, notices of unsafe conditions, orders to abate, summonses, citations, complaints, or enforcement actions that remain open or unresolved.
-Records indicating permits that have expired without final approval or inspection.
-Records of open or failed inspections, stop-work orders, or other pending compliance matters.
-Any records identifying current municipal violations or enforcement matters that have not been closed or satisfied.
-If these records are maintained electronically, please provide them by email.

If any portion of this request is denied, please cite the specific legal basis for the denial and produce all reasonably segregable non-exempt records.
