The Village Clerk’s Office has attempted to contact you twice for
clarification on your OPRA Request with no success.  Therefore, we will
provide the lease agreement you requested which was not in question.

Our office will consider this request closed as we feel we have fulfilled
our required duty.  Should you wish to submit a new OPRA Request for the
outstanding documents with the clarifications we specified in our previous
