Dear Elaine M. Winkler,
I received your response. There was also an interview that was commenced and that occurred in a room within the prosecutors office on 03-11-2020 at a little after 3 pm in which my attorney Lydia Cotz (who appeared by phone) and I were participating. This interview was being conducted by detective Colin frinzi and in attendance also was the chief of detectives who was reviewing this by live audio/video in another room within the hunterdon county prosecutors office which we were unaware of until my attorney Ms. Cotz asked who else was viewing this.
As such, we will need this audio/video recording as well and the audio recording from all phone calls as well.
Yours sincerely,
Alison Stem
