This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Copies of any and all Police Reports for accidents of all types, including, but not limited to, pedestrian and vehicular accidents on 335 N. Main Street from January of 2016 to present. Copies of any and all Resolutions, Recommendations, Reports, Surveys, Funding, and Traffic Studies, NJDOT traffic data, any crash data regarding vehicular and/or pedestrian accidents regarding Main Street from January of 2016 to present. In addition, copies of any and all surveillance videos, drawings, exhibits, investigative reports, police reports, and/or any photographs from the scene of the accident and of George Michael Watkins, Jr. and/or his subsequent medical care, regarding an accident which occurred on December 22, 2022.
