The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office is in receipt of the below Public
Record request.  The deadline for responding to this request was extended
to July 16, 2020.

Our search disclosed no case information for Laryssa Rodriguez, spelling
of last name ending in "z."  It did disclose one case for Laryssa
Rodrigues, last name ending in "s."  It is assumed Laryssa Rodrigues was
the defendant intended by the request.

Our search disclosed one case, which is open, in which the three
defendants Anthony Vamvas, Alek Quinones, and Laryssa Rodrigues are
jointly charged.  I interpret your request for records of the three
defendants to relate to that open case.  If your request was intended to
include other, additional cases, please file an OPRA request that includes
specific case identifiers (e.g., case/indictment number, arrest date,
defendant, nature of offense or criminal charge, etc.) that would assist
me in identifying and providing you the additional records that you
desire.

Complaints, Affidavits of Probable Cause, and Arrest Reports are attached,
with redaction of driver's license, social security, and phone numbers in
accordance with N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.   Vehicle registration number is
redacted as a "confidential personal identifier" pursuant to R. 1:38-7(a)
and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9.

Request for indictment and final judgment/disposition is denied for lack
of a responsive record.

Mug shots are exempt from disclosure pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9 and
Executive Orders 9(e) (Hughes), 69 (Whitman), and 21 (McGreevey), which
apply to "Fingerprint cards, plates and photographs and other similar
criminal investigation records which are required to be made, maintained
or kept by any State or local governmental agency."
