I am in receipt of your OPRA Request  -  please see the attach copy of A.
Matthews complaint and the HATB answer thereto.   There was no notice of
tort claim filed that I am aware of and there are no motions or draft
settlement agreements.

Dear Brick Township Housing Authority,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I certify under penalty of NJSA 2C:28-3 that I have not
been convicted of an indictable offense. Please acknowledge receipt of
this message.
Records requested:

1- A copy of the complaint served on the Brick Township Housing Authority
in the lawsuit filed earlier in 2017 by the authority's former Assistant
Executive Director, Anthony Matthews (" the lawsuit.") Please provide
copies of any Notices of Tort Claims filed by Mr. Matthews or his counsel
served on the township.

2 - A copy of the answer and / or dispositive motion filed on behalf of
the Brick Township Housing Authority in response to the lawsuit filed by
Mr. Matthews.

3 - Copies of all correspondence, including any draft settlement
agreements between the housing authority and Mr. Matthews or his counsel
regarding the lawsuit.
