Dear Ocean County Prosecutor's Office,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

On September 18, 2018, a 70-year old man, Robert May, was assaulted by
Anthony Collins in Seaside Heights, NJ. On October 1, 2023, Robert May
died as a result of injuries received during the assault.

There are several entries for Anthony Collins AKA/ Anthony P Collins SBI
724581C/FBI 463346VB5 for prior arrests and convictions in New Jersey,
specifically from Ocean and Cumberland County, available from the NJ
Courts. I am respectfully requesting the indictment/Accusation number,
OCPO case number and Seaside Heights case number regarding Collins' arrest
on October 4, 2023, for Manslaughter and Endangering an Injured Victim.
Kindly provide any other names Anthony Collins has used in his numerous
prior arrests and/or convictions.

The record for his arrest on October 4, 2023, do not appear to be
available from the NJ Courts with the name "Anthony Collins" and the
public site does not allow for a search by SBI or FBI number. Thanks so
much.
