Ms. Donna Doyle has been previously identified as the Records Custodian of the County of Cape May, but a message sent on her behalf also said that she was "not in receipt" of my request for personnel information regarding the county's Transportation Director.  I subsequently sent that request a second time to the designated OPRA email and followed up two more times, but I have received no further response.   Please confirm who is the Records Custodian, and kindly forward them the request found below...

Under NJSA 47:1A-10, NJSA 47:1A-5(e), and the common law right of access, please provide immediate access to the following information/records regarding employee Anthony A. Caputo:

1) current title/position
2) current salary
3) start date(s) for the employee
4) the amount and type of any pension received
5) if an employment contract exists for this employee, a copy of the contract

Please be advised the County of Cape May is not in receipt of a request for "personnel information re: Anthony Caputo."

A request is not considered filed until the appropriate records custodian receives the request. Requests for records maintained by the County of Cape May must be submitted in writing on either the official form (attached for your use) or via an email stating the request is being made pursuant to OPRA. The deadline for responding to the request does not begin until the proper custodian is in receipt of the request.
