Annual PILOT audits for 2019-2023
Dear Sayreville Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
As stated in most Financial Agreements, aka PILOTs, annual audits are required by each Entity and they are to be submitted to the Borough Mayor, Council, Tax Collector, and Clerk.
I am requesting the 2019-2023 audits for the following projects in Sayreville:

Morgan's Bluff

If they have been submitted annually as required, the audits should be on file electronically and relatively easy to access for anyone in the Finance Dept.

Thank for the Red Oak audits but I don't see anything for Morgan Bluff's or Gillette Manor. Upon review of the Neptune file, I am only seeing a generic summary of each year's audit review - rather the entire audit for each year.
Please advise on next steps as this request has not been completed yet.
