Please note that the report will print a separate page for each department.  You may identify and print the page(s) that apply to you.  You may not have any collection for this day. 

Please attach your page(s) of this report, or the one printed from the web, as a backup with your usual deposit documentation you report to Finance, if you didn’t do so yet. 

Finance will confirm in their side that the funds were received as listed in attached report.
