I apologize, my heat went and with a new born I was trying to get it fixed ASAP.  The contractor is looking into solutions.  Even with replacing the floors they need to be reinforced in some fashion. I will follow-up with them at some point next week to see what they have come up with.

I didn’t forget. I will email you the kennel spec when I get a chance to grab it out of my files.

Hi Brian,

Didn’t see you the other day….??  A representative from the manufacturer did come out and I explained the situation of the floors.  I explained that I don’t want them reinforced, now that they are bent, I want replacement.

I heard back from the contractor.  He would like to come by between 3:30 and 4:30 tomorrow to take a look and get a better sense of what is happening.  If that is ok let me know and I will try to pin him down more on the timing.

Hi Brian,

At this point, support will not work.  We need them replaced.  They are BENT and not working like they should.  The material is simply not thick enough.

I will reach out to the company this week and see when we can set something up with them to look at the kennels and proposed some form of support.

HI Brian,

Just curious, I believe in the original specs, we asked for a 3 yr warranty on the dog kennels.  The floors on all of the kennels are simply not reinforced/sturdy enough to bear the weight of us cleaning them and are bending horribly, creating pools of water & urine, where they should be slanted back towards the drains.  I think we need to address this sooner than later and have the original company come and replace them and the supports with a thicker material.  Please advise your thoughts.
