This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
- all intake records from January 1, 2021 to August 30, 2021, and
- all transfer records from January 1, 2021 to August 30, 2021, and
- all records of rabies shots administered from January 1, 2021 to August, and
- all medical records of animals transported to any animal hospital or veterinary facility for services from January 1, 2021 to August 30, 2021, and
- all adoption records from January 1, 2021 to August 30, 2021, and
- a copy of all inspections at the animal shelter from January 1, 2020 to August 30, 2021.
