I’m requesting a Full and complete police report regarding animal cruelty. I am a wildlife rehabilitator and four baby raccoons were brought to me by the owner of the home at 313 Carter
Hleo Officer D. O’Neill was requested to perform an investigation and I am requesting his investigative report.
