This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I’m requesting a Full and complete police report regarding animal cruelty. On July 10, 4 baby raccoons were brought to me by the owner of the home at 313 Carter by Anthony and Marie Pria

Hleo Officer D. O’Neill was requested to perform an investigation and I am requesting his investigative report.
