Dear North Brunswick Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

~All violations, tickets, summons, incident reports (Police and AC officer) reports. 2024-2026
~All complaints levied against Animal Control Officers. 2024-2026
~List of all Dog owners in the township 2024-2026.
~Animal Control Officers Handbook/SOP information

Reports concerning animal control violations are releasable with
redactions.  However, since you requesting 2 years worth of records, we
will be assessing  a special service charge for review and redactions.

 

All complaints levied against Animal Control Officers. 2024-2026

Denied  these as personnel records (N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10)

 

List of all dog owners in the Township 2024-2026

A list of all registered dog owners would have to be redacted for names,
social security numbers, date of birth, personal email addresses, personal
telephone number, street address, and driver’s license number.  (N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1.1.)
