Dear Keansburg Borough,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records and copies of communications requested: 1) Copy of the MCSPCA contract with inclusion of what services were covered for 2025. 2) Copies of all invoices paid to MCSPCA for 2025 including detail of services rendered. 3) Any records pertaining to available or eligible funds for animal care of lost/stray/injured animals in the Keansburg budget (such as the animal/dog fund) 4) Any documents pertaining to decision of switching from AHS in 2024 to MCSPCA in 2025 5) Any records pertaining to the above for 2026 for any animal control or TNR related services.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Dear Keansburg Borough,

Hi Joanne, I know we spoke on the phone regarding some of the info and I said no worries on the delay due to end of year and holidays and such, I am just checking in to see if you have been able to compile the information yet? My goal is to use the info to assist in the next meeting with info regarding TNR and how to assist residents. Thanks in advance!
