I am looking for the responsibilities of the Animal Control Officer. Who do they report to? Where do we find out what the ACO does on a daily basis? Also are there reports able to be requested by OPRA? I’d so I am looking for the list of residents in violation as stated at the Council meeting in 3/6/2023 and want to know what was our violations for. You are telling us we’re in violation publicly at a meeting and not warning us of our violation and threatening to go after the whole town. What is the violation fine for a water dish outside my house? If this is an ongoing investigation, when completed how do we get this record?

Also I am looking for the municipal code of conduct and code of ethics policies of an employee of our town.

Also what employee take an oath of office?
