1. Claudene Hahn is South River’s Animal Control Officer
2. The borough’s shelter is located at 1010 Route 601, Skillman NJ 08558
3. The Animal Control Budget can be found on our borough website:

4. There are no call logs responsive to your request.
5. South River does have a TNR program. There are no budgets for the
TNR. It has been in operation since 2009. The eligibility
requirements can be found with our Board of Health.

Has this request been forwarded to the public health department? There were no details on the TNR program on the town's website, southrivernj.org.
