Dear New Jersey State Police,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Please provide the information and link for the body camera video as it is said in a prior OPRA request. The agency’s final response were as follows:
“ We have located the Body Worn Camera recordings you seek with the criteria provided in your request.

All body camera footages of ALL NJ State Police Troopers of all ranks including but not limited to SGTs, LTs, and above, who were assigned to the NJ Sate Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing on the date of Thursday February 20th, 2025, between the hours of 2pm-6pm in which an incident occurred when the troopers removed a journalist from the committee meeting”

Understood, with that said, I am requesting the same information of that previous request, C232061. the link provided to the body camera video is no longer operable and we would like to formally submit our request for the same copies of those body camera videos as describes in the previous request C232061.
