Dear Ms. Caculba,
Please see attached three (3) pages in response to your Open Public
Records Act (OPRA) request "An accounting of all outstanding and returned
checks in the amount of $100.00 or more which remain stale and/or remain
outstanding from 1-1-22 to present."
The Fort Lee Chief Financial Officer has advised that there are no records
responsive for the years 2022 and 2023 and that we are unable to provide a
report to also include the requested fields "payee name" and "address" as
it is not available.
