Dear Ms. Stabley,

If you don't have a specific list typed up, you must have the written applications filed on record with the Borough Clerk as per your township code Chapter 25-2 and Chapter 25-3 as referenced below. Please send the applications for licenses from 2017-2020.

Do you mean games of chance on the boardwalk or raffles

Dear Ms. Stabley,

Not raffles, just the boardwalk game applications.

Resident,

The result of your OPRA request is finished, however copying fees have incurred.
If you are picking your request up, please bring a check for $27.90 made out to the Borough of Seaside Heights. If you would like me to mail you the result of your request, then I have to also add the postage fee, and will need the zip code for our postage machine to see how much that cost will be. Please advise.

Sincerely,

Victoria Coppola, RMC, CMR

Dear Ms. Coppola,

I would expect, like most municipalities in the state, that Seaside Heights has access to a scanner and can provide the OPRA request via PDF scans that can be emailed. That would negate the need for any photo copy costs. Please send the requested documents via email.

Thank you,

Resident

Dear Resident,

I apologize for any inconvenience. However, many copies were made while satisfying your request. As per OPRA guidelines, please remit payment as discussed below and I will have them available for pick up. Again, if you would like me to mail them to you, please advise of your zip code so that I may calculate postage.

Thank you in advance. Have a great day.
