Dear East Greenwich Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

1. I am requesting the Tree Removal Permit Application submitted by American Tower Corporation (ATC) for the tree removal that took place in July 2025, at 114 Mantua Road, Mount Royal, NJ 08061. In addition, I am seeking the approval/denial of the Tree Removal Permit Application that East Greenwich Township submitted to ATC.
2. Individual's name, title, position, salary, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor, of the employee who went by the first name "Andy" who worked at East Greenwich Township in December 2025.
3. Provide copies of all emails, mail, text messages, and correspondence communications between any employee at American Tower Corporation or American Tower Corporation Edge LLC; and the following accounts to be searched from East Greenwich Township; Stephanie McCaffrey, Elizabeth McGill, Regina Wolfer, Patrick Montgomery, James R.
