Please provide all records showing how the Township of Shamong received, allocated, and spent its American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) / State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) from 2021 through 2025. This request includes:

All ARPA award documents showing amounts received or allocated.

All financial records for ARPA funds, including ledgers, trust fund statements, and balances.

All ARPA expenditure documents, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and payment vouchers.

Any resolutions or approvals authorizing ARPA spending.

Any ARPA reports submitted to the State of NJ or U.S. Treasury.

Electronic copies are preferred. If any records are withheld, please identify the legal basis for the denial.
