I am requesting your records of Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) records for the following:

All EMS/Ambulance calls within Upper Freehold Township/ Allentown Borough which occurred during the ambulance contract with Robert Wood Johnson Health System (January 1, 2019 - December 31, 2020) and the EMS/Ambulance calls which occurred during the ambulance contract with Capital Health System from January 1, 2020, to May 31, 2021, as provided with at a minimum the following information:

1. Date, time, and location of each call

2. The EMS unit number which eventually responded to the call and the agency name

3. The in-service times and on-scene arrival times for the units mentioned in item #2. Furthermore, the times en-route to the hospital and the clear/available time.

4. Any notes entered by the dispatcher, specifically those referencing additional alarms needed due to lack of response or manpower from the contracted Ambulance service and those referencing mutual aid requests to other towns or agencies
