Dear Fair Lawn Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
FLVAC

1. The 2022-Current of the number of times Fairlawn Requested mutual aid to provide ems services to the town.
2. The dates and responding agency either surrounding town/county/private micom that handled said ems calls and if possible FLVAC reason for being unable to respond to said call.
3. Dates of FLVAC providing ems detail outside of the town for 2022-Current. Ie: metlife for games and concerts and or ridgewood fireworks and what ever other details they attended.
5. Total number of calls for service for the FLVAC 2022-Current

6.. Fair Lawn Fire Dept mutual aid response alarm cards up to a 5th alarm.
7. Dispatch timeline of events for the fire on 19-09 Fair Lawn Ave on July 26th 2024. Please include the the time of dispatch and arrival for mutual aid units either to the scene or the fire houses for coverage
